April 17, 2017 - Frankie and Kay DeSoto of Center shared with Shelby County Today their 15-year-old granddaughter Alexis Rumbo from Brownsboro, Texas recently made it to State in fishing!
Rumbo and her partner Bryce Smith will go to Lake Ray Roberts May 20. Alexis has been an essential member of the team dominating with the number of catches during each tournament.
She has beat out all of the Brownsboro teams, as well as several others throughout the division. She is a freshman girl beating out older Junior and Senior fishermen.
The DeSotos are proud grandparents and congratulate Alexis on her great achievement and wish her the best at State competition!
