May 24, 2019 - Cecily Jacobs went to our Lord at the early age of 25 after a courageous battle with brain cancer in 2015. Each year since Cecily’s passing, we have given out scholarships to honor her at Shelbyville ISD where she was a 2009 graduate. The 2019 recipients are Chesnee Raymond, Lexi Berry and Kurtrick Allen. The scholarships were presented by Cecily’s first cousin, Samantha Steptoe. Congratulations and Good Luck with you future!!
