July 25, 2022 - Center ISD online registration for 2022-2023 school year is available July 25-26, 11am until 7pm, for returning students only. Please go to the campus your child was enrolled in for the 2021-2022 school year. If you have students on different campuses, you can register them all on one campus.
Parents must have an ASCENDER ParentPortal account. Go to https://portals05.ascendertx.com/ParentPortal/login?distid=210901
How to Create an ASCENDER ParentPortal Account:
1. From Login page, click Create Account.
- Create username and password.
- Enter email address and mobile number. Note: The email you use to create the ParentPortal account MUST match the email address used for the student’s primary contact in ASCENDER.
- Set up a security question.
2. Log on.
3. Verify email address.
