July 15, 2019 (English Flyer) - Center ISD will have their Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 Round Up in the F.L. Moffett Primary School cafeteria July 15th and 16th from 8am to 6pm. Shots available as well as free vision and hearing screening.
Limited space for enrollment.
Parents/Legal guardians must bring the following documents:
- Proof of Income
- Insurance Card/Medicaid Card
- Immunization Record
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Parent's Picture ID or Driver's License
- Proof of Residency (property tax statement and utility bill - gas, water, electric or lease/rental agreement and utility bill with your physical address listed on it.)
Student must be registered by parents or legal guardian.
Requirements: Students must turn 3 or 4 on or before September 1, 2019.
- 3-year-olds = Birthday before September 1st
- 4-year-olds = Birthday before September 1st
