January 24, 2024 - Center ISD administrators have been monitoring the weather very closely all day. We have driven roads and found many to be impassable. The forecast is calling for more rain throughout the night with possible thunderstorms. Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, Center ISD is cancelling school, as well as all practices and competitions scheduled for tomorrow. The safety of our students and employees is our top priority.
Our plans are to return to school on Friday at our regularly scheduled times.
Los administradores de Center ISD han estado monitoreando muy de cerca el clima durante todo el día. Hemos conducido caminos y encontramos que muchos estaban intransitables. El pronóstico anticipa más lluvias durante la noche con posibles tormentas. Por lo tanto, por precaución, Center ISD cancelará las clases, así como todas las prácticas y competencias programadas para mañana.
