Center PD Surveillance Results in Arrest of Two on Narcotics Charges

January 22, 2018 - Officers of the Center Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at 104 Kindle St. on Friday, January 19, 2018 at approximately 4:30pm  in response to an ongoing narcotics distribution investigation.  

Gregory T. MaconThere were numerous complaints of the high traffic both vehicle and foot observed from both the residence at 104 Kindle as well as the residence at 1007 Kindle. Detectives conducted surveillance and confirmed the activity. 

Undercover controlled buys were conducted and illegal substances were purchased. The Center Police Department Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence at 104 Kindle and during a search of the residence approximately 27 grams of “Crack Cocaine” was located along with approximately 3.69 grams of Ecstasy and approximately $1,000 in U.S. Currency believed to be proceeds of the illegal narcotics sales.  

Jamie D. SandersCivil Forfeiture is pending in this case. Jamie D. Sanders, 36, was arrested and charged with delivery of a controlled substance, first degree felony, and possession of a controlled substance, fourth degree felony.  

Also arrested was Gregory T. Macon, 43, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, first degree felony, and possession of a controlled substance, third degree felony. 

There are still felony warrants pending in reference to this case. This Investigation will continue.
