b. Utility Billing Manager Report -- Monthly receipts.
c. Public Works Manager-Update – Departmental Updates
d. Water Department-Update—Ongoing Water Projects
7. Council approval on Payment of Bills.
8. Discussion on Road Repairs on Faulkville St.—Speaker--Susan Blackmon.
9. Discussion on Events Committee- Seasonal Events- Speaker-Susan Blackmon.
10. Discussion & Council Action on budgetary revisions- Water Purchased & Events Committee- Stacy Cranford & Susan Blackmon-Speakers.
11. Informational Presentation -City Law Enforcement – Jeremy Pope
12. Discussion & Council Action on implementation of a formal Standing Events committee.
13. Discussion & Council Action on appointment of Emergency Response Coordinator.
14. Discussion & Council Action on implementation of Yearly Employee Performance Reviews.
15. Discussion on Improvement of monthly reports.
16. Discussion on standing committees to offer reports to council.
17. Discussion & Council Action on change of council meeting time to 6:00 p.m.
