September 14, 2017 - Center Garden Club would like to congratulate Miss Claire Spann on her recent accomplishments within the National and Texas State Garden Clubs' Youth Contests! Claire is currently a Junior at Center High School and is the daughter of Kelly and Angela Spann. She entered both the National Garden Club essay contest and the Texas State Garden Club speech contest this past fall. Claire was awarded 1st place in the essay contest and 3rd place in the speech contest, both at the state level. Scholarship money was awarded for both contests. Congratulations, Claire!
