September 21, 2017 - The East Texas Poultry Festival is just around the corner and entry forms and fees for the Creative Art Show are due to the Extension office no later than Friday, September 22nd. The actual exhibit is not due until the week of Poultry Festival. This year, the following creative art divisions will be featured:
- Art
- Crafts
- Quilts
- Canning
- Photography
- Horticulture
- Woodworking
- Metal Art
Entry forms and a complete set of division rules and guidelines are available from the Extension office and the Chamber of Commerce. So, get your crochet needle, paint brush, canning jars, plant specimens, camera, sander, sewing machine, and welding torch in gear and plan to enter this fun event and let everyone in Shelby County see your creative talent!
