Congratulations to the Shelbyville High School Dragons for Winning the Region 3 Basketball Championship!
March 4, 2024 - With the Regional Championship secured, the Dragons have advanced to the UIL Conference 2A Boys’ Basketball State Tournament to be held in San Antonio at the Alamodome. The Dragons’ semi-final contest against Thrall High School will be at 10am on Friday, March 8th. A win will advance the Dragons to the State Championship Game on Saturday, March 9th, at 1pm.

Shelbyville ISD will begin Spring Break one day early releasing all students at 12 noon on Thursday, March 7th to allow our community to travel to San Antonio to support our Dragons! It is always a great time to be a Dragon… Dragon Proud!
