January 30, 2019 - The following Dragon Football players were selected for the All - East Texas Football Team:
- Sawyer Hendricks - Linebacker
- AJ Cartwright - Defensive End
- Jaylon Brinson- Running Back
The East Texas football team is comprised of players from 1A - 6A from as far south as Newton up to Texarkana, west to Corsicana and all along the Louisiana Border.
