December 4, 2017 - The William Carroll Crawford Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas will hold their annual Christmas luncheon and meeting on Saturday, December 9, at 12:00 at the Sam Samford Lodge in Center. The Gateway to Texas Chapter of the Sons of the Republic of Texas will once again join in the festivities. The DRT and the SRT will furnish a turkey and a ham and DRT officers will bring drinks and ice, bread and paper goods. DRT chapter members, bring your favorite salad, veggie or dessert. Spouses and guests are encouraged to share the day. Johnnie McWilliams, our DRT District IV Representative, will be our special guest.
We are collecting unwrapped toys at the luncheon to be shared with a Shelby County child, so lets fill the Christmas tree. Hope to see you Saturday. If you have any questions, call Maggie at 248-3361.
