According to Center Police Officer Jake Gross, a 2016 Harley Davidson driven by Marvin Wells, 55, of Joaquin was westbound on Louisiana Street (State Highway 7 East).

At that time a 2004 Toyota Sienna van driven by Elva Ramos, 38, of Center was southbound on Railroad Avenue. Ramos traveled into Louisiana Street and failed to yield right of way at the stop sign, causing the Harley Davidson to t-bone the van.

Ramos and her 11 and 7-year-old passengers were not reported to have received injury during the crash.

A 2017 Harley Davidson Motorcycle driven by Cameron Alan Copelin, 34, of Shelbyville was traveling east on San Augustine Street approaching the intersection at Shelbyville Street.

While entering the square at a high-rate of speed, Copelin attempted to turn right onto Shelbyville and lost control of the bike, laying it on its side. Copelin and his bike skidded approximately 20-25 feet into the intersection where he struck the front driver's side tire of a 2006 Ford Expedition. The Expedition was driven by Lana Hutto, 47, of Tenaha. The collision caused damage to the tire and motorcycle.
