November 13, 2017 - The East Texas Chopper Guys Toy and Food Drive and the Joaquin Christmas Festival will be held downtown Joaquin, Texas (On the Square) November 18, 2017.
All proceeds from ETCG’s event go to Gail Samford Joaquin Christian Services. It’s all for the kids! We ask that everyone please bring a new unwrapped toy, canned goods, or both. We also accept cash donations for the Toy Drive/Food Drive.
Parade entries need to start lining up at 12 on Southern Avenue in front of the elementary. All are welcome to join the parade even if you do not have a form.
Events for the day:
- Parade - 1 o’clock - Grand Marshal- Margie Anderson
- Car show, Bike show, Sign in starts at 10am. (Trophies by Skippy) Entry Fee $20 donation
- Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus will make an appearance.
- Famous Train will be there for the kids to ride (Conductor Rocky)
- Games for the kids (Ms. Teresa does such a good job) - Bounce Houses
- Goody bags for the kids
- Raffle and Auction items (ETCG) Boys and Girls Bicycles, 32 Inch TV, Wagon filled with food and toys. These are just a few of the Raffle items. Tickets $1.00 each.
