July 11, 2023 - The last program for the Fannie Brown Booth Library's Summer Reading/Discovery Program will be Thursday, July 13, at 10:30am.
The Wm. Carroll Crawford Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas will present their Texas Traveling Trunk. The Texas Traveling Trunk will show what life was like in Texas in the mid-1800s. There will be games from that time. There will be demonstrations of use of everyday items that are so different from what we have today.
Come see what our great state of Texas was like in that time period.
This program will be open for anyone interested in Texas history.
