May 5, 2018 - Fannie Brown Booth Memorial Library is proud to be a participant of “Free Comic Book Day” this year on Saturday, May 5, 2018!
Due to a grant received by the Tocker Foundation of Austin, Texas, the library has been able to add hundreds of graphic novels to our shelves. Graphic novels have become a key learning tool for school aged children, but we didn’t leave anyone out! We have graphic novels coming in for everyone from toddlers to adults!
To coincide with the addition of all of our new graphic novels, we will be giving a free comic book to the first 75 people to check out a graphic novel on Saturday, May 5.
