April 1, 2022 - ATT reports there is an outage in the Center area.
"There's an internet outage in your area that has impacted your service. We're working as fast as we can to get you back online. We expect to have it fixed in 7-8 hours."
The above message was part of an email sent out to its customers, many of which have phone lines which operate over the internet and the outage has affected their phone service.
Also, be prepared to have cash if visiting a business, because they may not be able to process a credit card.
Business customers who phone lines have been impacted:
- Shelby County Today
- City of Center - City phone system is down. Temporary city hall #598-2615.
