March 8, 2023 - Joaquin ISD congratulations Gifted and Talented Region VII Coop Summer Scholarship winners: Zoey Deas, a 6th grader at Joaquin Jr. High, and Shelby Freeman, an 11th grader at Joaquin High School.

These students have received scholarships to attend the summer camp of their choice. Zoey plans to attend LeTourneau Summer Camp for Jr. Engineers. Shelby plans to attend the Youth Adventure Program for Forensics.
