b. Utility Billing Manager

6. Discussion & Council Action on Payment of Bills.
7. Discussion & Council Action on placement of Flush Valve near the property of Mr. Robert Basham
8. Discussion & Council Action on Jackson/Paxton Water Contract
9. Discussion & Council Action on Use of Hotel/Motel tax fund to support upcoming tourist event.
10. Adjournment.
