February 3, 2016 - Panola College instructor, Diantha Renfro, will be teaching Zumba® Gold. This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the older participant. Classes will be offered Monday and Wednesday: February 15 – March 20, 2016. Classes will be held at Shelby College Center. We will be offering two different sessions: 4:15 pm – 5:15 pm and 5:20 pm – 6:20 pm. The cost of the class is $45, and pre-registration is required.
