February 21, 2018 - Hello. My name is Patsy Handy. My name is on the ballot for Democratic party chair for Shelby county. Born and raised in Shelby county. Lived and worked in Houston, Tx for about twenty years. Back home since 2001. Was a member of the 2005 Shelby county Leadership class. Retired from nursing in 2009. Looking forward to serving. Encouraging everyone to get out and vote.
