September 12, 2023 - The Shelby County 4-H Heart to Hands Project here in Shelby County participates in a national program called “Quilts of Valor”. These beautiful quilts that are made by the 4-H are given to veterans as a thank you for their service and sacrifice in serving our nation.

The next quilt ceremony and presentation will be held at this year’s Poultry Festival on October 5, 2023 at 2pm under the big tent.
