Roughrider Summer Strength, Conditioning Training

May 26, 2017 - Roughrider Summer Strength and Conditioning is free to incoming 7th through 12th graders beginning June 5, 2017 through July 17, 2017.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the High School weight room will be available from 8am until 9:30am for all girls. Incoming 7th to 9th grade boys can workout from 9am until 10:30am and incoming 10th to 12th grade boys can workout from 10am until 11:30am in the High School weight room. Each session will last approximately an hour and a half per grade level.

Summer strength and conditioning promotes fundamentals in weight training, agility, and conditioning.
