Second Suspect in Recent Tenaha Burglary Apprehended; Third Sought

January 9, 2018 - Another subject has been arrested in connection with the recent burglary that occurred December 11-12, 2017 at a property on Highway 59 North in Tenaha.

Aaron JeffreyAaron Jeffrey, 45, of Carthage, was arrested and taken into custody by the Panola County Sheriff’s Office on January 6. He is awaiting transport to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Jeffrey is charged with burglary of a habitation

The Shelby County Sheriff’s is still seeking the whereabouts of Antoine Pierce, 33, of Marshall. Pierce is described as a 5’9” black male, and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has brown hair and black eyes. Pierce has two active warrants for burglary of a habitation and burglary of a building.

If anyone is found to be hindering the apprehension, harboring or concealing, providing or aiding with any means of avoiding arrest or effecting escape, or warns Pierce of impending discovery or apprehension, will be arrested and charged in accordance to Penal Code 38.05 Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, a Felony 3 offense.
