May 5, 2023 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 10th day of May, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of April 5, 2023 Special meeting, April 12, 2023 Regular meeting, April 19, 2023 Special meeting, April 19, 2023 Public Workshop, April 26, 2022 Special meeting, of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve current payroll.
4. Approve Officers Report.
5. Public comments on Agenda item.
6. Discuss and possibly approve revised Purchase Order to Alert Roofing Systems to include an additional $4,458.00 for Bond fees.
7. Discuss and possibly approve payment of invoice from A-Lert Roof Systems for $319,631.30 for work completed thus far.
8. Discuss, consider, and approve the selection of respondent(s) to IFB 23-02 for the purchase of a prefabricated metal building for Precinct 3, to be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act funds.
9. Open and record bids received from vendors in response to IFB 03-2023 for the purchase of a compact track loader, funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
10. Discuss and possibly approve Commissioner Pct. 3 Stevie Smith to go out for sealed bids on timber that is cut off the property of the Pct. 3 Stock yard.
