July 7, 2023 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 12th day of July, 2023 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of June 7, 2023 Special meeting, June 14, 2023 Regular meeting, June 21, 2023 Special meeting, June 28, 2023 Special meeting, June 28, 2023 Budget Workshop of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Report.
4. Public comments on Agenda item.
5. Discuss and possibly approve lease contract with KnowInk for the Election Administration office for iPads.
6. Discuss and possibly approve Commissioner Pct 1. to auction off a Cat Maintainer on PurpleWave. Model number 140H and Serial number CCA3977.
7. Discuss and possibly approve compensating Tracy Broadway for assistance in JP 4 office.
8. Discuss and possibly approve going out for bids on new vehicles through BuyBoard for Constable Pct. 1,2,3.
9. Discuss and possibly approve purchasing a new vehicle for Constable Pct. 4.
