April 6, 2023 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be held on the 12th day of April, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of March 1, 2023 Special meeting, March 8, 2023 Regular meeting, March 15, 2023 Special meeting, March 22, 2022 Special meeting, March 29, 2023 Special meeting, March 29, 2023 Public Workshop of the Shelby County Commissioner's Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve current payroll.
4. Approve Officers Report.

6. Discuss and possibly approve Commissioner Pct. 4 to purchase a Skid Steer and attachments with ARPA funds.
7. Discuss and approve the Interlocal Agreement between the Counties of Panola and Shelby Concerning the Holding of Shelby County Prisoners in the Panola County Jail.
8. Accept the resignation from Josh Ritter Justice of the Peace Pct. 4 effective 3/31/2023.
9. Discuss and possibly approve leasing a plotter printer from Innovative Office System to print plats for the County Clerk's Office to be paid out of the Records Management Budget.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
10. An Executive Session will also be held for the purpose of discussing personnel, hearing complaints against personnel, or to deliberate the appointed, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee. The closed session is authorized by Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.074.
11. Reopen public meeting.
12. Discuss and possibly make a decision on issues discussed in the Executive Session.
