August 16, 2016 - Shelbyville ISD will continue its policy to operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2016-17 school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge. This eliminates the need for collection of meal applications for free, reduced-priced, and paid student meals. The program reduces the burden for both families and schools and ensures that all students receive nutritious meals.
