Tenaha High School Graduating Class of 2015

Chyenne KollerTenaha ISD announces Chyenne Elyse Koller is the valedictorian for the graduating class of 2015. She is the daughter of Eric and Mary Koller and has a daughter named Trinity Elizabeth Marroquin. Her daughter was born the summer before her senior year and through the help of teachers, classmates, family, and her daughter's family she managed to maintain her class ranking.

Throughout Koller's years in Tenaha ISD she has been involved in many extracurricular activities including Soccer (4 years/1 year as captain), Tiger Doll (6 years/2 years as captain), Robotics (6 years), BETA (7 years), JCC (1 year), Cross Country (2 years), Band (8 years), Junior High Cheerleading (1 year), Jr. High Basketball (2 years), and Jr. High and High School Track (3 years total). Her sophomore and junior year she was elected as Duchess for Homecoming and Junior year she was elected Homecoming Queen. Her senior year she was BETA Sweetheart.

After Koller graduates she plans on attending Panola College's summer Dental Assistant Program and to obtain an Associates Degree in Science. After getting her associates degree, she plans on furthering her education and attending Stephen F. Austin State University (SFASU) to get a Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Science.

TaKameria McClureTenaha ISD announces TaKameria Ania McClure is the salutatorian of the Tenaha High School graduating. She is the daughter of Commetrice McClure and Kendrick McClure. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Gladies Samuels III. McClure's hobbies are shopping, spending time with friends/family, and working. Her classmates describe her as smart, outgoing, and a kindhearted person.

Throughout her high school career, she participated in numerous programs and activities, striving to do her best in all areas, including: dual college credit (24 hours), Junior Chamber of Commerce (4 years), BETA (3 years), Varsity Girls Basketball (3 years), Track (2 years), Band (6 years), Varsity Cheerleader (4 years/Capt.-1 year). She was homecoming queen and was voted for Ms. THS her senior year.

After graduation, McClure plans on attending the University of Texas at Tyler to obtain a bachelors degree in Nursing and Health Sciences. After receiving a bachelor's degree, she plans on furthering her education to earn a masters degree to become an OB/GYN.
