September 8, 2015 - Lady Bears Place Fifth in Cross Country
The Lady Bears competed in cross country Saturday the 5th in Nacogdoches. Cheyanne Porter ran varsity while McKenzie Burgay, Cassidy Clifton, and Macey Hanson competed at the JV level. McKenzie Wynn, Erica Renick, Harlie Ware, Sadie Ramsey, Jaycee Campbell, and Alexis Miller ran at the junior high level. Out of 126 runners in the JH division, Sadie Ramsey placed 4th and Harlie Ware placed 5th. We are proud of the hard work each of these ladies are putting in to cross country.

1) The deadline to register for the October ACT is Friday, September 18th. If you are a Timpson High School senior and would like to improve previous scores, this date is extremely important!!! See Mrs. Metcalf for details.
2) The University of Texas at Tyler is hosting Fall Patriot Preview Day on November 14. If you attend, you can expect to tour the campus, meet professors, and talk to admission counselors. Registration opens September 14
