Timpson ISD Bear Update: Livestock Sale, Twirlers, Beta Club

March 12, 2015 - Shelby County Livestock Sale Results - Timpson ISD FFA members competed well in the Shelby County Livestock Show. Overall the sale from the show raised over $66,950 for the exhibitors.

THS Beta Club Inducts New Members - The Timpson High School Beta Club recently inducted new Beta Club members. Students with a 90 grade point average are invited to be a member of this organization. They must also retain a 90 GPA to retain their membership in Beta Club. The purpose of Beta Club is to promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership. Timpson Beta Club raises money to donate to charitable organizations and assists students in our local school and community. The Beta Club motto is “Let Us Lead by Serving Others.” Mrs. Tina Samford is the Beta Club sponsor.
