THS Pep Rally - The Timpson High School pep rally will be at 2:45 p.m. Friday, September 8 in the gym. Everyone is invited to come out and support the Bears!!
Timpson ISD Accountability Ratings – Timpson ISD’s 2017 accountability rating from the Texas Education Agency rated all three campuses as having Met Standard on all four standards including student achievement, student progress, closing performance gaps and post-secondary readiness. Timpson Elementary School scored above the target score on all four indicators. Timpson Middle School scored above the target score set by the Texas Education Agency on all four standards. In addition TMS earned two Distinction Designations for outstanding performance in Academic Achievement in Mathematics and Top 25 Percent Student Progress. Timpson High School scored above the target set by the Texas Education Agency on all four standards. In addition, Timpson High School earned two Distinction Designations for Academic Achievement in Mathematics and Top 25 Percent Student Progress. Principals Carrington, Smith and Lindgren thank their staff and students for their hard work and dedication to the district’s academic program.
TES News – Timpson Elementary School had a great beginning of the 2017-2018 school year. Over 100 parents attended Meet the Teacher night. TES enrollment is currently 291 students in grades Pre-K – 5. Principal Carrington expressed his appreciation to staff, parents and students for helping the school year have such a positive and successful start. The TES theme this year is Bear Country.
Paw Print Order Forms - (Order form) If you are interested in purchasing a Paw Print please contact Stephanie Jamar at Timpson Elementary School. One name is $10. One name and a number or symbol is $20. The paw prints are located at the entrance to Bear Stadium. Proceeds go to help fund Athletic Booster Club activities.
