September 29, 2016 - Recently, Center Independent School Superintendent, Dr. James Hockenberry, was contacted by Christopher Green, Regional Representative of Woodmen Life, who resides in Bullard, Texas. Mr. Green mentioned the Woodman Life Chapter owned a rather large American Flag, and on occasion, presented the flag at local events. He made the offer to our district for the Varsity football game between Center and Bullard. His request included the need for 45-50 volunteers. Center High School Principal, Matt Gregory, arranged for Junior Chamber of Commerce members from the Middle School and High School to participate.
