May 16, 2017 - The XI Alpha Delta Rho Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi recently donated to the Shelby County Children's Advocacy Center (SCCAC).
The sorority representatives Mindy Henson, Alison Scull, and Benita Collard presented the check to representatives of the SCCAC who were Executive Director, Denise Merriman and Forensic Interviewer/Family Advocate, Marlene Hernandez.
The mission of the Shelby County Children’s Advocacy Center is to promote the emotional and physical healing of child abuse victims by uniting the efforts of public agencies and enlisting community support to optimize the prevention, detection, assessment, investigation, and prosecution of child abuse cases.
XI Alpha Delta Rho is proud to be able to donate funds to local child-serving organizations to assist with their unique programs and services.
