July 18, 2016 - As we look at our nation what we find is people looking, judging and concluding a person to be something simply by what they are on the outside. For example if someone is white they are racist. If someone is a cop they have the intent to kill or harass other races. The devil has been successful to fill peoples hearts with hatred and animosity simply over a persons skin color.
July 6, 2016 - Jesus said, “And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day” (Jn. 12:47-48).
June 21, 2016 - In a culture where people do not want to hurt the feelings of those who perform at a substandard level we have it where “Everybody Gets a Trophy.” Sadly this same reasoning has been brought into the religious world. But the sad, hard reality is that not everybody will go to heaven, or get a trophy. The Bible says:

June 2, 2016 - Paul writes, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Rm. 12:2). Peter also echoes these words, “As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: 15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;” (1 Pet. 1:14-15).
May 23, 2016 - We read, “Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse” (Mal. 4:5-6). This Old Testament prophecy tells of a great day that was to come.
May 11, 2016 - As we read our New Testaments we find an abundance of accounts of demon possession. For example Mary Magdalene had seven demons (Lk. 8:2), the demon possessed man in the temple (Mk. 1:23-26), the demon that the disciples could not cast out (Matt. 17:14-16), and who could forget “legion” (Mk. 5:2-9).
May 2, 2016 - Paul writes, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:” (Eph. 2:8). God has given man many things but the greatest of these is His Son as a sacrifice for sin. All that we have is by grace. Grace is not merely “unmerited favor” for all men everywhere each day receive unmerited favor from God in many different ways.
