April 11, 2024 - The Shelby County Children’s Advocacy Center will be hosting our annual Butterfly Release in recognition of April as National Child Abuse Prevention Month. This event will take place on Thursday, April 11th on the Center Square starting at 4:30pm and is sponsored by Farmers State Bank. We hope you will plan to join us and take a stand together in the fight against child abuse. Together we can make a difference in the lives of children in our community!

January 18, 2023 - Shelby County Children's Advocacy Center has officially sold out of Princess Ball tickets! Denise Merriman, Executive Director expressed in a Facebook post, "Wow, this is a record!! Thank you so much for your support. We can’t wait to dance the night away with all of the Princesses."

Unfortunately, there have already been reports of people trying to scam and sell fake tickets. Do not buy these tickets. If you bought tickets and decide you cannot come for some reason, please return your tickets to the CAC so the tickets can go to those on the waitlist.
