Library Hosts Climbing Your Family Tree Workshop

February 22, 2019 - Have you ever wondered how to find your roots?  Are you just starting your family tree?  If so, join us at the Fannie Brown Booth Library in Center, on Tuesday, February 26th, at 1pm.  Members of the William Carroll Crawford Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas will conduct a hands-on workshop to help you begin or continue your journey.  Bring your questions, your goals and a little of your afternoon.

And remember, there are no dumb questions, just asked questions - or worse, unasked questions.

February is Love Your Library Month

February 9, 2019 - It is Love Your Library month at the Fannie Brown Booth Memorial Library in Center. You can support our local library by becoming a Friend of the Library.

The Friends of the Library raise funds through book sales, raffles and membership fees. We want our library to be able to continue ordering new books (both regular books and e-books), providing interesting programs including the delightful Holiday Puppet show, and many other activities.
