March 16, 2020 - Shelby County Cancer Fund regrets that we will have to cancel our March 28th, Fashion Show and reschedule at a later date. We've put in a lot of effort so far, and we were looking forward to the show, but we first and foremost need to watch out for the health and safety of our community.
February 3, 2020 - Shelby County Cancer Fund is hosting the 1st Annual SCCF Spring/Summer Fashion Show on Saturday, March 28th at 6pm at Hillcrest Church in Center, Texas.

Please come out for a time of fun, food and reflection! We are naming the Saturday and Sunday Weekend Warriors because we will forever support, honor and remember all of our Shelby County folks that have fought the cancer beast.
We'll have an Ever Tree, that we want to be flooded with ribbons in order for our Shelby County Warriors to know that we will Never let them be forgotten.
May 21, 2019 - Shelby County Cancer Fund has scheduled the 1st Annual Weekend Warriors (sponsored by Shelby Savings Bank) for Saturday, June 1st from 3pm – 8pm.
Activities will take place on the Center Square and include washer pitching, raffles, and walking/running. We will also be selling t-shirts at this event and are contacting county businesses regarding advertising.
March 5, 2019 - Healthy Food show on Tuesday, March 5th at 6pm at AgriLife County Extension office, 266 Nacogdoches Street, Center, Texas. $10 per person for tasting and recipes. Learn to eat healthy in order to heal the body!

May 29, 2018 - The Shelby County Cancer Fund (SCCF) is a new non-profit organization based in Shelby County. The group will be doing fundraisers and raising money throughout the years to help Shelby County residents who are going through cancer treatments. There will be a Question and Answer session for anyone who may have questions or want more information on May 29th at 6:00 pm at the new Shelby Co. Extension Meeting Room. (Old elementary library building, 266 Nacogdoches St.)
