October 12, 2016 - Texas State Technical College Chancellor and CEO Michael Reeser has announced that beginning on Nov. 1, 2016, the college will offer money-back guarantees to students who complete degrees in high-paying, high-demand technologies but fail to find jobs within six months of graduation.
April 7, 2016 - Texas State Technical College will have the College Preview and Open House from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 14 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, April 15. The event is for high school students and the community to learn about the college's academic offerings.
March 9, 2016 - Texas State Technical College (TSTC) will host for the first time a training session for the Military Veteran Peer Network from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, March 18 at the Administration Building in Marshall. Discussion topics include suicide awareness, military culture awareness, post-traumatic stress disorder and goal setting. The peer network, which has a Northeast Texas chapter encompassing 16 counties, connects current military personnel, veterans and their relatives to find, develop and advocate resources in communities.
