Doyl Taylor, 85, of Joaquin, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017, in Longview.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 20, 2017, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Interment will follow at Johnson Cemetery in Joaquin. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Mr. Taylor was born July 22, 1931, in Shelby County, to Jim Crawford Taylor and Mary Jane Daniels Taylor. He enjoyed farming, playing dominoes with friends and spending time with his family. Mr. Taylor was a member of Center Missionary Baptist Church.
