Rosia Burt passed away early Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at Garrison Nursing Center Inc. at the age of 88.
Mrs. Burt was born December 13, 1928, in Center, Texas, to parents Johnie Edwards and Gladys Kimbro Edwards.
She was preceded in death her husband, George Samuel Burt Sr., in 2012.
Her survivors include two sons, George Samuel Burt Jr. and Robert Wayne Burt.
Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017, at Cason Monk-Metcalf Sunset Chapel with Tyrone Spencer officiating. Interment will follow at Libby Cemetery, located on FM 1878.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 24, 2017, at Cason Monk-Metcalf.
