Shelby County has no shortage of summer activities this year. Among the things available to kids in the area was Center’s Roughrider Basketball Camp for fifth graders.

Roughrider staff was seen coaching the participants in fundamental skills including, ball handling, passing, dribbling and teamwork. The Center School District appears to have a bright future as a lot of hard work has been seen in this week’s girl’s camp and last week’s junior high school boy’s camp.
