Anna Lou Crain Hooper, 86 of Center, passed away Friday, May 9, 2025, in Center.

Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with visitation beginning at 3:00 p.m. Bro. Grant Murphree will officiate. Interment will follow at White Rock Cemetery in Center.

Born November 16, 1938, in Gordon, Texas, Anna is the daughter of Dorsey Crain and Willie Mae McCollister Crain. She loved traveling, arts and crafts, and playing card games and bingo. Anna was a member of Red Hat Society, and an active member of Senior Citizens Center, Golden Harvest Club, and Center Christian Fellowship.

Preceded in death by her husband, Billy Wayne Hooper; parents, Dorsey Crain and Willie Mae McCollister Crain; son-in-law, Howell Maurice Adkison; sons, Jimmy Dwain Hooper and Damon DeCole Hooper; grandsons, Dameon DeWayne Hooper and Derrick Dale Hooper; brother, Derrell Crain; niece, Shelley Crain; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, William Edward and Euna Pearline Hooper.

Pallbearers will be Heath Adkison, Philip Adkison, Brent Adkison, Dillon Hooper, Clint Adkison, Austin Adkison, and Shane Fenley. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Hooper and Bency Hooper.
