Jessie D. Johnson, 97, of Joaquin, passed away Monday, June 24, 2019, in Joaquin. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center with Bro. Jody Hooper presiding. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.
Mrs. Johnson was born June 4, 1922, in Shelby County, to Gid W. Adkison and Mary Crocker Adkison. She was a poultry farmer and her hobby was gardening.
She is survived by:
Daughter, Betty Gragg Crutcher of Orange
Granddaughter, Nannette Gragg Eddins and Husband Ricky of Joaquin
