Joe Howard Taylor, 79, of Rosenberg, Tx passed away Monday, January 11, 2016 at Oakbend Medical Center in Richmond, Texas.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel with Minister, Gene Samford officiating. Burial will follow at Willow Grove Cemetery in Joaquin. Visitation will begin at 10 o’clock Thursday at Mangum Funeral Home.
He was born April 5, 1936 in DeSoto Parish, LA to Howard William and Eva (Stanley) Taylor. He graduated from Joaquin High School in 1953. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He retired from Brown & Root. He was a member of Avenue N Church of Christ in Rosenberg.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Howard & Eva Taylor and Twin Daughters, Laura Jane and Beverly Jean.
