Richard Griffin, 80, of Center, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019, in Center.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Rusty Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.
Mr. Griffin was born August 21, 1939, in Center, to Dick Griffin and Clara Anderson Griffin. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Center, where he was involved in the Fellowship Sunday school class.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Clara Griffin; brother, Dan Griffin; daughter-in-law, Vickie Case Griffin; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Buford and Jimmie Alford.
Pallbearers will be Ray Griffin, Jason Griffin, Keith Alford, Phil Sublett, Steve Thompson, Ken Boles, Alex Rafael, and Spencer Hamilton. Honorary pallbearers will be Rusty Griffin, Hardy Meredith, David Poole, and Wesley Groves.
