Virginia Gail Wade, 65 of Alto and formerly of Timpson, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2020 in Tyler. She was born July 19, 1955 in Bobo Community in Shelby County to the late Louis Hill and Mary Evelyn Crockett Hill. She grew up in Timpson and had lived the last 20 years in the Alto and Rusk area. She was a longtime church music minister and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Alto and loved cooking and sewing..
Funeral service is 11am Friday, August 21, 2020 at First Smyrna United Missionary Baptist Church in Timpson, Texas with Pastor Dwight Gatlin, Sr. officiating. Visitation is Thursday, August 20 from 6pm to 8pm at Allen Funeral Home.
She is survived by:

Daughter, Tranika Holland of Timpson
Brother, Gary Hill (Amber) of Houston
God daughter, Effie Rhodes
Niece, Khrysteeon Hayes
Nephew, Exavean Hayes
Best friend, Ola Mae Thacker
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, brother Gerald Hill and sister Karen Hayes.
