March 30, 2024 - As the month of March ends, and April begins, it brings an old poem to mind.
March winds bring April showers that nurture May flowers.
The four seasons of the year are well known by everyone. Having come out of Winter with snow and cold weather in some parts of the country, we are happy that Spring begins in March with the culmination of windstorms experienced. Throughout the month of April rain is forever in the forecast with surprises sometime that it does not happen. However, one can experience small showers and the next day rainstorms occur.
Floral shops/stores are very busy with customers selecting new plants and flowers to take home so planting can be done. It is an exciting event and exercise treatment for many. Others may hire landscapers to work their flower gardens or set up green plants and shrubbery for the Spring leading to the summer. Then they can boast about it and apply for the ‘Yard of the Week’ or ‘Month.’
Life has seasons similar to the weather. Winter appears to be in your life when troubles occur or you or someone in the family is sick. Your finances are questionable but oh how glad you are to see Spring. Your feelings warm up after the storms and you look forward to showers of praises. Good things begin to happen and you are happy. Once things are organized and thought through the issues you can see the May flowers and eventually enjoy the Summer.
Life is a cycle of ups and downs. That is when the season Fall occurs with problems again and that brings about the Winter as mentioned above. You are having a hard time. Families should continue to work together so everyone should enjoy their seasons. Enjoy your Spring months of April and May.
