September 14, 2016 – Last week was a time of extremes. Tenaha and Timpson varsity football teams won by landslide scoring advantages, Center and Shelbyville teams lost by multiple scores, and Joaquin lost in the closest game in the county thus far.
September 2, 2016 - The Tenaha Tigers varsity football team used five second-half scores to blow a close game wide open, and defeat the visiting Kerens Bobcats, by a 43-12 score last Friday, at Tigers Stadium.
August 30, 3016 – Three county varsity football teams will be looking for their first 2016 season wins this week. Two teams will be looking to stay in the win column after getting opening day wins.
August 27, 2016 - The Tenaha Tigers varsity football team used two second quarter touchdowns, and a very stingy defense, to defeat the Joaquin Rams, by a 14-0 score. The game was a cross-county rivalry game, played at Joaquin Rams Stadium, last Friday. The game was both teams season opener.
