October 30, 2024 - HOPE Community Medicine is so excited to announce they are hosting the 1st Annual Shelby County Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease on Saturday, November 16, 2024! Registration starts at 9:30am at Portacool Park and walk starts at 10am.
Together we can make a difference. Every step taken and every dollar raised brings us closer to finding a cure and providing support to those affected by the devastating disease. Let's all walk together for a brighter future!

There are just 3 weeks until the 1st Annual Walk to End Alzheimer's event. Signs size 18x24 are available to purchase and will be displayed at the walk. Any message can be put on them. It's a FREE event for all ages, so bring the whole family and show your support!
